why I started this blog...

...initially, was to record my personal experiences, before and after, attending a Vipassana 10-day meditation course in Jesup, Georgia. As my passion for meditation continues to grow, so does my desire to share what I learn and experience.

I have learned through my own personal meditation journey how beneficial it can be to one's overall health and happiness.

I also understand how challenging it can be to develop a regular sitting practice.

It is my intention with this blog to encourage others to develop and maintain a regular sitting practice.
